 Summary:
Woken up and annoyed by the noise of workers in his
Paris apartment block, Marco meets a young apprentice
electrician, Haythem, working on the cabling under the
floors. After knocking off, he meets up with Marco and
they become friends. When Haythem learns that Marco is
about to go to Tunisia for a holiday, he entrusts him
with the delivery of a letter and some money for his father
who lives there. But before that, Haythem takes Marco
to the Hammam to introduce him to its most subtle customs.
Arriving
in Tunisia, Marco is given a warm reception by the hotel's
room service who make sure he's well taken care of! His
next mission is to find Haythem's father's house - after
indulging in a little contact sport with some of Haythem's
cousins along the way.
The
visit to a souk harks back to 1984's Harem and, despite
the more modern language, shows that Northern Africa's
mouth-watering traditions live on!

Réveillé par le vacarme des travaux dans son immeuble
parisien, Marco, excédé, découvre sur son palier Haythem,
un jeune apprenti électricien. Ce dernier le rejoint chez
lui après son travail et une amitié se noue. Haythem,
apprenant que Marco doit partir en vacances en Tunisie,
lui confie une lettre et de l'argent à remettre à son
père au pays.
En attendant, Haythem emmène Marco au hammam pour lui
faire découvrir les traditions orientales les plus subtiles.
Arrivé en Tunisie, Marco se fait souhaiter la bienvenue
par le chasseur de son hôtel, celui-ci étant plus qu'attentif
afin qu'il ne soit pas déçu. Puis il va chercher la maison
du père et s'adonner à des jeux très intimes avec tous
les cousins d'Haythem qui croiseront sa route.
La visite du souk n'est pas sans rappeler Harem (1984)
mais si le langage a quelque peu évolué, les traditions
charnelles y sont voluptueusement conservées. Bienvenue
au pays du soleil et du thé à la menthe où la nature exerce
sa puissance et sa sensualité sans aucun tabou.
